The cost of your exclusive Wedding Day at Nettlestead Place is determined by the day of the week, month of the year and size of your wedding party. The culinary and beverage options you offer your day and evening guests also is a consideration.
Our pricing is very straight forward with no hidden extras. It consists of two main elements. The Venue Fee – a set fee for the venue hire and a Food & Beverage Pricing – the total of which is determined by the number of guests invited.
Please note that VAT at the prevailing rate is included in ALL prices shown.
Venue Fee
The Venue Fee includes the exclusive use of the Undercroft, Sitting Room, Bridal Suite, Gardens, Marquee and all elements mentioned in the What’s Included section.

An Exclusive Wedding Day at Nettlestead Place includes the Bridal Suite (for changing), Undercroft and Sitting Room or Rose Garden for the Ceremony, the Large Marquee and all the Gardens

Smaller Weddings & Shorter Weddings
We do not offer Twilight Weddings but we can offer different Wedding Day celebration options for couples with guest lists on the smaller size or for those that do not require the venue for the whole day.
The availability of dates for these style of wedding, are subject to availability and certain conditions.

Nettlestead Place can be hired at certain times of the year for Ceremony Only Weddings. These take place in either the 13th Century Undercroft or Rose Garden Gazebo. These are available for:

The Culinary and Beverage Pricing elements are determined by the choice of day and evening menus and the number of guests invited to each respectively.
For 2026, our traditional 3 Course Wedding Breakfasts start from £73.30 per head and our Drinks Collections start from £31.00 per head. Please note that all menus can be tailored to suit personal tastes.
